What are your FICO requirements?
Generally, we require our borrowers to have a minimum credit score of 680. If your client has a credit score between 640-680, please contact your account executive to learn more about our RentalFlex program.

What are the required documents for condos?
1. LendingOne Condo Questionnaire
2. Current Condo Association’s Annual Budget
3. Current Condo Association’s Balance Sheet (dated within the last 60 days)
4. Master Insurance Policy: property, liability, H06, and fidelity coverage, the policy must list LendingOne as the mortgagee.

How many points can I charge?
We allow 2 points on the HUD and 1 point in YSP or just 3 points on the HUD.
How do I add a broker loan officer to a team?
Select the “Add Broker Loan Officer” drop down from the broker manager’s name in the employee tab. Select either “Create New” or “Invite to Existing Team.”
How do I start a new application?
From the Dashboard tab, click on “Start New Application” and either search for an existing client or select “Start for New Client.”
How does a borrower pay for the appraisal?
From the pipeline, select “Pay Appriasal.” From the popup box, either enter the borrower’s payment information or send the link directly to the borrower to make the payment.
