Welcome to LendingOne’s guide on how to complete a virtual draw inspection.
Once your draw request is received, our draw analyst will confirm if your project qualifies for a virtual draw inspection. If it does, you’ll receive a text message from our partner, Truepic Vision, inviting you to upload photos and videos of your project.
The text will be sent to the point-of-contact phone number you provided in your draw request. You’ll also receive an email with the subject line “Request for Photos from LendingOne.” This email will include a link to download the Vision Camera by Truepic Inc. app to your mobile device.
Once installed, open the app and you’ll see an introduction screen.
After agreeing to the terms of service and privacy policy, update your permissions to allow access to your camera and location. You’ll then be asked to upload photos or videos of the project.
Submit photos for each line item in your draw request.
In addition, record one video walkthrough of the interior and one of the exterior as though you are giving a tour of the construction progress to an inspector. Videos are limited to 60 seconds. Always include the street view, the front of the house, and name each room or item clearly as you record.
For example, “This is for flooring replacement, and I’m showing all rooms with new flooring — living room, bedroom 1, bedroom 2.” If you’re satisfied with your photos and videos, tap “Finish Inspection.”
You’ll still be able to view and share your photos after submission.
If you have any questions, email draws@lendingone.com and our team will be happy to help.
Thank you for choosing LendingOne.
