Dan Rosenblum

Dan Rosenblum is the Vice President of Credit & Product Development at LendingOne where he leads the company’s Credit, Underwriting, and Asset Management teams for the Core business. He focuses on delivering innovative lending solutions to real estate investors while ensuring LendingOne’s products align with market needs and maintain strong underwriting standards.

Prior to joining LendingOne, Dan held senior roles in credit and risk management at notable business-purpose lenders dating back to 2013. He successfully designed and implemented credit strategies that supported portfolio growth and profitability.

Dan graduated from the University of Michigan and holds a Certificate in Financial Decision Making from the University of Chicago.
