Aline Sampaio

Aline Sampaio is the Vice President of Business Excellence at LendingOne and is responsible for driving continuous improvement, efficiency, and strategic alignment throughout the organization. She oversees high-impact strategic projects from planning to execution, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with company objectives to foster a culture of business excellence.

Prior to her current role, Aline led LendingOne’s mortgage operations for nine years, designing policies and processes, defining product guidelines, and managing multiple teams across Institutional and Core Business Operations with over 40 team members. She also has extensive experience leading large operations groups across all loan fulfillment roles, including processing, underwriting, valuations, and closing. Before LendingOne, she worked for major mortgage banks such as Bank of America Home Loans, Countrywide, and JPMorgan Chase.

Aline graduated with honors from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business.
