Joshua Marcus, Esq.

Joshua Marcus, Esq. serves as the General Counsel at LendingOne. He leads the company’s legal and compliance efforts and, as a member of the executive management team, he plays an integral role in steering the company’s strategic direction.

Prior to LendingOne, Joshua practiced corporate restructuring, real estate, financial fraud, and business law with Meland Russin & Budwick, P.A.

Joshua holds a B.B.A. in Finance and Business Law from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School and a J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law.
