Marie Franqui

Marie Franqui is the Vice President of Performance & Development at LendingOne, where she leads strategic initiatives to optimize employee engagement, development, and overall performance. She focuses on fostering a culture of continuous growth and accountability, ensuring the company and its teams achieve their established goals.

Prior to LendingOne, Marie held key leadership roles across multiple industries, including healthcare, executive search, medical devices, manufacturing, and staffing solutions. She has extensive expertise in full-cycle recruiting, performance management, compensation planning, benefits administration, training and development, and strategic HR initiatives, playing a crucial role in aligning HR strategies with corporate objectives.

Marie holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University (FAU) and a master’s degree in Management with a focus on Human Resources from the University of North Carolina Wilmington (UNCW).
